"We signed a contract with Crystal to build our pool on a friends recommendation and we couldn't be happier. We wanted a builder that would take responsibility end to end and that is what they did. Excavation, form work, concrete shell, beadcrete interior, pool equipment, tiling all done to the highest of standards. It only took 13 weeks from breaking ground to filling the pool and each group of tradies that arrived onsite were a class above any we have dealt with before. As with any build there were things along the way that needed to discussed and the managers assigned to our build made sure we got what we needed and wanted. With so many horror stories out there on building today I can highly recommend Crystal if you want an experience that is professional, first class and at the top of the industry."

"Another five star review for Crystal Pools. This was our first pool and we had heard mixed reviews from many companies. However a friend used them and was happy so we decided to do the same. So glad we did. From day one they were professional, courteous and patient. I think having the right, experienced Project Manager organising the build of your pool is very important. Jesse was incredible and if you can have him you won’t be disappointed. He made so many excellent suggestions that we hadn’t thought of. Furthermore he was always willing to answer many questions, regardless of how busy he was. In general a really positive experience with this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. FOLLOW-UP - 2 years later: If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Their after-sales service has been amazing. Any minor issues are resolved very quickly. Can not fault!"

"The pool was a nightmare to build. I had to constantly micro manage the build. Didn’t get told about the 2.5k bond to the council after asking what all the out of pocket costs were. That’s a lot of money for us. I also organised my own excavator to get the ball rolling and my husband did all the landscaping, including tiling the back wall of the pool, fencing etc, but we knew that was our cost from the start. However we are pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pool. It does look amazing. This is why I only took off one star off the review. We were promised a pool before Xmas and they finished it on the 23rd December, so we were happy. Stand outs were mick, Jesse and Nicole. They always returned my calls when they said they would. I appreciated the communication. I think that’s all people want, to be kept in the loop. I would use crystal again."
