"What was once a fantastic Coles is no more. The staff are great however there’s not enough staff on most given days. Last few times I’ve been going through self serve with a full trolley. Yesterday evening none of the registers were open except the 12 items or less. I ended up going through there with more than 12 items because self serve was very busy much to the annoyance of other customers. Unfortunately Coles is becoming like most of the other food retailers at The Glen."
