"Half lane jammed with 6 kids!?!? Some Instructors are not professional at all! We had an extremely disappointing experience today with one of the instructors for stage 8, she was mostly standing there at the same spot with eyes wandering around rather than watching the kids , 5 kid’s swimming with little distance in between each other, my daughter got kicked on the head many times by the girl in front of her, the instructors didn’t even noticed! She didn’t even try to correct the mistakes the kids are making! I ended up talked to someone from the management, she told me her staff is doing what they need to do, she didn’t do anything not excepted, also told me they are busy and popular because their instructors are good….. We are looking at enrolling different places, this place need a much better management, some of the instructors seriously shouldn’t be there at all."
"BE CAREFUL WITH YOU BELONGINGS. Personal Stuff went missing from RSL club. My kid left his winter jacket and pants at the aquatic centre on Friday after swimming. When I went to collect it after 2 days on Monday, it was missing, and I was told that it had been dumped. Not sure what happened, but was an unpleasant experience."
"I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family and I had with the swimming facility we attended. My daughter had been attending for two years, and after much anticipation, she was meant to move up to the next class. However, the facility refused, claiming there was no space available. When the new year began, my wife and I were bombarded with calls from multiple staff members demanding that we move her up. We eventually agreed to a suitable time on a different day, but because they had failed to allow her to move up six months earlier, she couldn't do the transition class where I am out of the pool. This created issues because she doesn't know her new teacher and doesn't trust them. We continued to attend classes every week, and we would sit on the side while the other children were engaged. However, my daughter's last lesson was particularly unpleasant. She was sitting on the side, upset, and I knelt beside her to talk to her. To our dismay, the supervisor came over and said to the teacher, "Don't bother with her," before walking away. This was heard by myself and her grandparents, loud and clear. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue we have had with the facility's staff. I strongly believe that higher management needs to urgently investigate the staffing structure of the facility. If not addressed, more people will leave due to the poor conditions. As a concerned parent, I hope that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible so that other families do not have to go through what we did."
"Normally the front reception staff are generally friendly but today (12:30pm to 1:30pm) I found the staff to be rude, condescending and disinterested. I must apologise that my Fitness Passport was not working properly on your two scanners and it required an effort on your part. Also, it was rather delightful that they ordered me around to come to the front desk straight after my workout as if I committed a cardinal sin. I should also point out the normal customer service etiquette went out the door with no 'sorry', 'please' or anything like that. It only improved when it appeared a senior staff member was at the front reception once I returned back after my workout that the staff started being pleasant. I am happy to be contacted and I can provide the names of the staff and further information to support my complaint."
"I’ll not recommend this place to anyone. The instructions were so lazy, my kid was still at the same level for more than a year. It’s not a child problem it’s the instructions problem. You pay for nothing. I don’t know why it has a high rate! I asked a lot of people and they told me that they have the same problem! This place is good for adults to swim in the morning on weekdays, it will be not busy the gym is good as well and it has access to swimming but not swimming classes."
