"I just want to take the opportunity to point out some great customer service. Tuesday 4th July at around 4pm I went through self serve checkout and was greeted by Leah. She had a big smile on her face and pointed to an available registered. I needed assistance at one point and she was very attentive and resolved the problem very quickly. It really made my day knowing there are young people that have lovely manners. Thanks!"

"We were at Patterson Lakes this morning & we went to woolworths there & after we gathered our shopping proceeded to the registers & were waiting in line as there was one register open. A woolies worker walked past us to open register 5, not a word to say she was opening the register & my wife observed her throw the register closed sign to her right, my wife said morning how are you? Got no response, I said hello got nothing back either. Her name is Jenny & her attitude to us was disgusting. If your not in a good mood don't be at work. The time we went through the register was 10.51. She was lucky we didn't go back & make a complaint to the manager about her attitude. Hope the manager of the store reads this."

"My eyesight isn't the best to read the little signs in the deli on the shaved ham & salami etc.. so I was very clear in pointing out / explaining which two and how much I wanted of each. She must've asked me 3 times as if confused because I wasn't reading off the little tags. So I went along with it and eventually I got what I wanted and continued on my way. I was only just around the next aisle when I heard her say to the person next to be served "it's nice when people take the time and read what's on the tags" so I wandered back and had a chat with the elderly lady that works in the deli there. I said do you make a point of belittling customers after they've walked off? I said my eye sight isn't the best and that's why I explained crystal clear what I was after. She replies with "No I didn't, I didn't do anything wrong" No apology, which indeed if she did I would've accepted and moved on. But to make me feel the way she did and then dismiss it as if I was making the entire thing up. Absolutely pathetic for a customer facing employee in a business like that. I prefer Seaford Safeway anyway even though it's further away. I'll make the drive to Seaford every time from now on. If I could give no stars I would."
