"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My elderly grandmother who is 86 years old who has shopped here for years and spends $200 for groceries asked if she could be assisted to carry a 25kg bag of flour into the car (as I am 27 weeks pregnant) and Kosta refused to help, you should be ashamed of yourself. What a disgrace you are. The flour was in a trolley but we required assistance to load it while one of the workers was just staring in mid air and you claim there was too many customers, there was 4. GET REAL."

"Management needs to ensure that there opening and closing times on their website are correct Travelled from Brighton to Clayton with two very elderly people on Sunday to find the store closed Website says open till three, one sign on the door days open till 3, the other says closed on Sundays. Will go to Oasis from now on, same produce and open when they say they are Bad customer service on Harry's part"
