"The store itself and the people were fine. Just the fact that nothing told me they didn't have a printer to print off parcel return labels although my parcel return instructions state they would. Just saying it would be nice to know this before driving 20mins to return a parcel at their Parcel point to find they can't print a label for it. Would be nice to have it explicitly stated on the ParcelPoint maps that this one can't print the label for you."
