"Literally every single time I order something from here for delivery, they leave at least one significant part of the order out without notifying me or asking if I want to substitute it, and then they overcharge on the delivery fee. I was horrifically sick with covid so ordered some herbal tea and some other bits and pieces to help see me through. The main thing I wanted was the herbal tea - ten bucks worth of the top shelf kind. If I purchased more than a certain amount, I qualified for both a discount and free delivery, so I bulked up my order with other things to qualify my order for the discount. Then they quietly cancelled the tea, which brought me under the discount/free delivery amount, and charged me the full cost of the rest of the groceries (that I only ordered at all to see me over the discount threshold) AND charged me delivery, which together amounted to significantly more than the missing box of tea cost. Another time, I ordered a bunch of stuff for dinner. They left off several items and charged me the should-have-been-waived delivery fee, meaning I paid more money for fewer items than promised. Then today I needed some things to add to my lunch, so ordered a bag of salad, some mayonnaise, and an apple. All up, a 10.70 order, which included free delivery. But then, without contacting me, they cancelled the salad off my order, bringing the total down to 8 bucks, which DOESNT get free delivery, which they then charged me 6 dollars for. I got charged nearly $15 for an apple and some mayo. As opposed to $10.70 for a salad, mayo, and apple. It's absolute bull. Especially given that their policy is to contact the customer about unavailable items, and they never once have done that."

Not open late enough, infact the store is usually closed up 15minutes before closing time and the staff already gone. And for some reason only one of the self serve checkouts is cash&card, The rest are card only..."
