"I'm upset with the way I was treated today at your store. I do purchase from time to time there. I walked in with a bag full of veggies and a bottle of cooking wine bought from the greengrocer and Coles. The only item you sell that I had in that bag was the cooking wine. I brought to the counter a premium soy sauce and some cinnamon sticks. The value of those items was easily twice what I paid for the wine ($2.55) in Coles. Yet, I was asked to show my bag which is fine but then there was a song and dance about the wine. I couldn't find the receipt from Coles and I was forced to take everything out of the bag trying to find the receipt. The staff went off to the shelves to check if anything was missing. It was clear if I couldn't find the receipt I was going to be in trouble and I was starting to get upset because I have never stolen anything in my life. For goodness sake, it is a $2.55 bottle of cheap cooking wine not a $500 bottle of Grange Hermitage!! Was it really worth losing a customer over? Luckily I ended up finding the receipt but I wasn't happy that two of your staff seemed to be having quite the conversation about me as I walked off. I would have provided this feedback on your website but it is not secure."

"Coles next door doesn't treat customers like that. And you are making excuses. The staff in this shopping mall are very rude. I asked if they could speak Chinese, and she said no. Well, when I went out, she suspected that I put their things in my bag. Please, I have been in the coles and wowoolworth next door. Once they have bought something and have a small receipt, they can no longer doubt it. Then they have surcharge for all credit cards, pay attention."

"Be mindful with the surcharge. At the resister they claimed the surcharge is 0.62%. Which is totally fine, as they informed the customers. However this time I actually looked at my receipt. I got charged 32c for $35 purchase. It’s almost 1 %."

"When I paid the goods I realized that the price is over priced than other Asian grocery shops a lot! Before I got my changes and I told the cashier that I don’t want it. She suddenly changed her face and said when you bought it we couldn’t do any changes or refund! She used her “Australian laws” to scare me, that was unbelievable this is the way they treat their customers! I even haven’t taken the goods and changes. Because I needed to go to pick up my kids and didn’t want to argue with them. All the things in this shop are over priced! The customer service was horrible! Will never ever go again! reply owners doggie respond：your employers did not respect customers as they provided false information! You are the only one and 1st shop in Melbourne that do not provide exchange and refund when the goods are still in your shop! Dam you!"
