"I only go to Woolworths if I need something that’s on special and today reminded me why! My 4 year old son suddenly became ill and passed out! While I’m sitting on the floor with my son in-front of the cold juices trying to get fluids into him, two of your employees seen us one even coming as close as 2 steps away and then walked off! A medical emergency happens in your store and not one of your employees do a thing!"

"I still can't understand the woolworths layout and varied layouts every store. Stock also differs. I think they should do exact same aisle layout for every store, gets much easier that way for the shoppers. However store was well stocked and staff were busy filling stock."
