Our state-of-the-art facilities include a spacious gymnasium with separate cardio and stretching areas, a group fitness studio, sauna, a 25-meter heated indoor pool with a convenient walk-in ramp, and a 50-meter heated outdoor pool. At Prairiewood Leisure Centre, we understand that convenience is key, which is why we offer a 24/7 gym access for our members. Our gym is staffed from 5:45am to 9:00pm, and our sports court and 25-meter pool are available during the same hours. Please note that the 50-meter pool is currently closed for the winter season. During the winter season, our gym is staffed from 6:45am to 5:45pm, and the sports court and 25-meter pool are available during the same hours.
If you're looking to become a member, Fairfield City offers memberships across its three leisure centres, including Prairiewood Leisure Centre. With a membership, you'll have access to modern facilities such as the gym (with 24/7 access at Fairfield and Cabravale), group fitness classes, pools, sauna, and steam room. We offer various membership options to suit your needs. The LEISURE CONNECT 18M plan is priced at $16.95 per week with a $55 joining fee, the LEISURE CONNECT 12M plan is priced at $18.50 per week with a $99 joining fee, and the LEISURE CONNECT FLEXI plan is priced at $24.95 per week with a $110 joining fee. One of the highlights at Prairiewood Leisure Centre is our wide range of group fitness classes. From Aqua to Zumba and everything in between, including the latest Les Mills releases, we have a class to suit every fitness level and goal. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring a fun and effective workout.
Please note that our special offers are not available to previous members or previous casual group fitness or gym users at any of our centres. To claim a pass, it must be done within seven days, and you must present a valid photo identification with your current address at the centre. Additionally, a valid email address is required for pass registration.

"Great place been coming here for years but I do not know who this new manager is that thinks they do not have to clean the sauna with a high pressure hose.. the sauna is never cleaned properly unless they just get the lady to mop the floor. The seats, walls and floor has to be hosed down atleast once a day with the amount of people that go in and sweat in there. There was also a cockroach in there yesterday not a good look. Also should get the tap and bucket back in the sauna as it used to be"
"Visited the pool with my 5 months old on a Thursday 3 weeks ago. The staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful specially Pennie. Who explained how everything works and was very kind the whole time. Was smiling and just her whole demeanour was nice. Makes a huge difference to come to a new a place as a new mum and feel welcome. We ended up even staying for a swim. Thanks so much for a lovely experience"
"I spent a weekend here with my family and friends, it's a really good entertainment place, lot of water activities and fun. But not proper maintenance, the washroom & toilets were not well maintained and very smelly."
"Outdoors, cold water park and cold showers, plenty of parking close to the bus stop, limited food service, affordable price , it suits all ages. Separate entry to the swimming pool, online booking only , there are shade areas , open during the season long summer school holiday everyday and weekends, check their website before you make your way there."
"It's a nice small water park. You can't have swimmer with zip, earrings glasses or goggles. Children has to be 1.2m to go on rides. Have to buy tickets online. Water park and pools are seperate."
