"We too visited the store and were greeted by Lilly. We initially were just having a preliminary look but once there and with Lilly throwing in so many extras made an impromptu decision to buy. We definitely aren't sorry though. The spa is now here and it's brilliant Fisher 5 with bluetooth speakers even. "My rating was going to be worse but I’ve given it thought and we’ll here we are. ** read to end ** Buying the spa was super easy, maybe a little too easy ;). Staff helpful and they threw in a few extras. Cost for value has been good and the overall process has been good. Delivery of the spa was annoying as the spa company contacted us multiple times requiring additional information. They could improve this process to streamline it. They will need measurements of all heights and widths of any gated area. That said, once sorted delivery was easy and quick. We did get a recommendation from Spa World for an electrician to install the required power outlet. I’d recommend shopping around or being very clear in what you want done. If the electrician installs a ‘switch’ instead of a plug, then you won’t be able to move or rotate your spa at a later date without calling out an electrician again. Recommend a switch with outdoor water proof plug( see photo)."
