"The staff at Just Spas are all about being open, honest, and good Ol' fashioned service. You know when you leave a shop, and you feel like you've been pressured into buying a product or extras for the product, and you leave scratching your head wondering how you've somehow blown your budget on things you don't need or want. Well, my wife and I did leave with a blown budget, but not once in the time that we have owned our spa have we regretted our purchase. We went in to buying a spa not knowing much, and left feeling more informed and confident in our purchase than ever. We ordered the day we walked in, and it's very rare that I feel so happy with such a large purchase. We had looked online at prices, so I had a budget in mind, and yes, you can buy a spa online for around $6000, but what are you getting. Can you feel the build quality, can you see every inch of the product, can you feel the power of the jets and see all the intricate workings of each position. No. The team at Just Spas cared about OUR experience. They provided real customer service, went through each function of our future spa, walked us through the installation process, pool fence laws (which none applied to us as we got a hard cover and our spa size doesn't require one), and never pressured us once into a purchase. They did tell us about the upgrades we could get, but there was no pressure on us at all to purchase them. They told us about maintenance, and whenever we have had to follow up on anything, they have always been extremely helpful. They kept us informed along the way with the build and delivery process, and everything was done on time. The delivery company was great, my wife said they were lovely blokes. The spa itself gets used almost every day, mostly by me. Our kids love it, our smallest can actually swim in it. The jets are powerful and can be adjusted to your liking both in power and direction. Each position in the spa has a slightly different orientation and jet function which is nice. The standard LED lighting is enough for us, but if you want a real show, then the upgrades would be worth it. The lights on ours are in the filter, and behind the headrests with a large light on the side/inside. There is a line of lights at the bottom of the outside/front of the spa too. The light colours and functions are adjustable by double tapping the light button on the screen as well. The touch screen is nicely lit, and easy to use. It contains information on the spa and service reminders and information. I would have considered the upgraded Wi-Fi, added stereo and lighting, but I wasn't too worried about it to be honest. The spa is tough, I mean really tough. I have bumped and dropped tools on the shell whilst constructing around it. I have even had to walk on it a few times. Trust me, it is high quality. Another feature that appealed to us was the placement of the filter. It is in the corner and is a flattish panel, not multiple domes on the floor or around the spa edges. Why did this matter? Kids. Kids jump around and could damage standard filters, but this isn't an issue for us. Plus it gives more usable floor space. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Just Spa Penrith. They know what they're doing, and they know they have a good product and want to make sure you enjoy your spa to the fullest. Here are some photos of our spa.
