"A well laid out and enjoyable shopping experience. Enjoy coming here to pick up whatever is needed."
"Probably the very 1st negative feedback I wrote. Frequent shopper here, today’s self check out not working properly, it keep saying the bag needs to be verified, even without a bag. After fixed by the staff there, it happened again. Not to mention she looked me like I am stealing. So I swapped to another self checkout , just try to get my check out done ASAP. Apparently I did something terribly wrong, and I’ve been told off by the lady working in there. ‘ You can’t do this’ she said and asked me to go back where I was, in front of everyone. I feel like I am an idiot and don’t know how to shop in a supermarket. Okay, I don’t appreciate been told off for shopping and it’s your machine’s problem. I can’t do this then at least I can do my shopping in Coles. At least I never experienced been told off there, and they are always friendly and helpful. We can understand front line’s workers , however some of them need some basic customer services training. This is just supermarket, I don’t need to get an uncomfortable shopping experience. Unbelievable!!!"
"Frequent shopper here since it's close to home, clean, well stocked, and open until 10pm. However didn't enjoy my experience today 30/6 as one staff acused me of stealing a fabric conditioner from this branch - he asked to check both receipts and even asked again if it was a 850ml bottle and was still in doubt after but had to let me go. Disgusted by the experience as no one should ever be treated as a criminal for GROCERIES that they have actually paid for."
"For such a large new supermarket it's really bad. There's never any checkouts open so if you do a large weekly shop you're expected to self serve or go through the 12 items or less lane. Staff seem disinterested, that's if you even see any. Their bakery area is really bad with a poor selection of bread, often none of their Hi Fibre Lo GI bread or if they have it it seems at least a day older than other stores. Can't get bread rolls in quantities under 6 in an area where there a lot of singles and couples living in apartments. I avoid this supermarket where possible and would rather get in my car and drive elsewhere."
"Just utterly disrespectful and rude customer service from the manager name Ross. My friend work for an airline and the crew temporarily base at the Marriott Hotel. So after work in the city I drop by to have dinner with my friend and I decided to pick up some can of tomatoes in woolworths. The can of tomatoes scan up as $1.10 but the poster show 80 cents for that can of tomatoes. We spoke to the young girl who work there and show her the poster on our phone, she had no idea and her customer service skills was bad. Ross the manager is just outside the self checkout register when the girl ask him to come and serve us. Instead of coming over to us, he casually talking to the girl and make us wait. When he finally came to us and we showed him the poster all he said were the price since 21/10/2015 and the price gone up. I turn to him and ask him what is that mean and he replied you get free today and walk off. Firstly that is rude to keep a customer waiting, second it is disrespectful to stereotype us just because we are Asian, thinking we just want it for free and thirdly it is bad manners to dismissed us when your poster is incorrect and it falsely advertise. We are not stupid, we can read the date on that poster and it doesn't explain anything beside the can of tomatoes. As a manager you are lack in people skills and knowledge of customer service and that same goes with your staff member. Any manager would have apologise sincerely and explain in a respectful manner why the poster was incorrectly there and would have take action straight away and take the poster down. My local woolworths have amazing team and fantastic service, much better than Docklands Woolworths. I will never come back here again."
