"Several glaring issues. Lately there have been a lot of new Indian staff members who are totally unprofessional, entitled and disgusting. They rudely ask you to get out of THEIR way when you're shopping instead of waiting for you, the customer. They throw stock on the shelves in the cold/frozen section without any regard to damaging the product, to the point where one of the I&J Frozen Whiting Fish products I had was punctured and leaked all over my fridge when thawing! There is also an older Sikh Indian staff member (I could tell from his turban) who smells terrible, you can smell his BO from over a metre away, I'm not sure what Coles grooming policy is but please tell your staff to use deodorant. I've been shopping at this Coles since 2021 and it has gone downhill drastically."

"usually don't have any issue with this store, staff are usually helpful and friendly, however I bumped into an Indian male this morning pushing a trolley for restocking and he rudely waved at me to get out of his way as I was walking towards him, you don't own the aisle just cuz you have a trolley, staff not facing customer directly also need to buck up with their courtesy"

"The store has a wide variety of items for sale, including snacks, fresh produce, and hot food. The prices are very reasonable."

"It's your standard Coles. Some things aren't always in stock, at least they have numerous self service checkouts, and it's pretty quiet on the weekends."

"Price gouging vultures, what they do is raise the price by heaps and then put it on special to try trick customers whilst raking in massive profits during a cost of living crisis. I do my best to avoid. I would recommend walking a few extra blocks and use Aldi instead and not support their greed."
