Simply access the 'Services' section on the Western App, even before you arrive at the hub, and secure your spot. You will receive an SMS notification when it's your turn, enabling you to continue studying or relaxing without the hassle of waiting in a physical queue.

For those without a mobile phone, worry not! You can still add yourself to the queue through our website or by utilizing the kiosk at the Student Services Hub. The digital screen nearby will keep you updated on your position in the queue, ensuring you never miss your turn.

To further enhance accessibility, we offer a Virtual Service option that allows you to connect with our friendly team without the need to come to campus. By joining the Virtual Service queue, which you can find on our website, you can follow the SMS prompts to establish a Zoom connection with a dedicated Student Services Hub staff member. This way, you can address your queries and concerns from the comfort of your own space.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm, excluding public holidays. During exam periods, we extend our hours to align with the exam timetables, ensuring that you have access to the support you need when it matters most.
