Woolworths Niddrie

"I went though staff checkout today, one of the female staff served me . She did not enter the amount into the POS machine so I could not pay. I am waiting for her but she reacted like it was my fault of not paying. Then she directly jumped to another customer without asking me if I need receipt or something. I have to stay there and finally asked another female staff named Sara to give me a receipt. The girl named Sara squinted at me with receipt, saying “You don’t need to be rude?” Excuse me? Is that how Woolworth let their staff to treat customer in that manner while defining normal request to be rude behavior. Isn’t “rude” the word for me or for herself? I would like to see the response of Woolworth after reporting this incidence."

"Sharon is a 5 star employee in a 1 star store. I hope they appreciate her when the others give such poor service. Only tried again because of her efforts. Twice I've driven over 40 minutes for in stock items (only stocked at a few locations) to find them not in stock and aside from Sharon the response has been oh well not our problem. Won't be wasting any more fuel or time on this location."

"This shopping centre has everything but most of all Woolworths is fantastic they even have potatoes unlike other's/ frozen chips. If you ask for help the staff will go over and above to make sure you get what you ask for We all should have respect and not take bad day out on whom has nothing but kindness to serve us! There not our slaves people who work in customer service should be paid so much more because at the end of the day there dealing with everyone's problems Customer service is everything Making sure customers are happy Making sure customers are safe AND SO MUCH MORE Having that chat with someone who doesn't have any family and lives alone that just wants to say hello can just make the customer day ! I SEE THIS AT NIDDRIE THANK YOU ALL YOUR DOING A FANTASTIC JOB"

"this finally done it. not even Christmas and they already taking down the decorations. always closing earlier than advertised and never any checkouts open. something needs to be done. such a lazy culture at the place. 8pm most lanes are so full of restocking you cant even pass, but then the checkouts are all closed so you have to take a full shopping trolley through self checkout"
