Placed claim with online orders not refunded, contacted online live support, no apology, little care; pretty much explained why profits are out of this world we live in . Design a theft machine with ignorant staff to man your fraud then ya make a killing, all at the price of Australians.. Be discussed Coles , I'm sick of your bad processes designed to Rip of customers .. Show some respect...."

"I have been provided chicken thighs from the deli 3 times in a month and tried to cook it the same night to find it is off! Put up with the inconvenience during rush hour twice and ordered takeaway but the third time went to the store to return it. Staff at customer service desk were very apologetic and said that they too have purchased off food from the deli. Ridiculous. Coles need to take ownership of their food! God knows how many people end up sick!"

"Being such a Woolies fanboy, I feel like a traitor going here. Offers some marked down products, but you really have to go hunting for them. In 2020 there was a toilet paper shortage, it's now 2023 and it's Potato's turn. I can not recommend any of the protien powders with pea protein, no matter what flavour you get, the pea flavour aftertaste overwhelms."

"all those three shelves put on the same item with the same price tag so that of course give anyone the same sense that it is 1.15 right？who buys things check with if each name is same with the item？what if an old person whose eyesight is not that good？this store put such a big “1.15”on the shelf with a wrong item and they just said that's not their fault，someone put in a wrong place. so that “someone” can't recognize rice crack and toothpaste？？even without take off the wrong price tag？and mislead the customer？ Even I said “excuse me” at the self-service checkout when I double check the price was wrong，I nearly shouted five times then they found me！Your two staff were immersed in chatting with each other！and dont care of the customer！！Really a bad experience at your store！！！！！"

"A Super Market that is well located, Coles Supermarket offers a great variety of products and fresh produce. There's lots of Parking available, Public Toilets and amenities . The Big Downside is that there are too many shady Characters lurking outside entrance asking people for money and consuming alcohol. Some of the Staff members, treatment of customers is very bad to say the least.."
