"Great service. Has most things I need."
"Traffic inside their carpark is shocking busy! Most of buildings use their carpark lane to drive through and push me through. Not only one car but ALL cars: bad drivers blocked all carpark spots while I was trying reverse park near IGA. They kept blocking my carpark spots so I drove 100m far for them, wait them to turn left into their buildings. Giving the hazard lights would stop the flow and able to park at the busiest time but I won't come back. Since the meat wasn't so fresh, I left and purchased elsewhere."
"Always a good place to buy your weekly shop and also look at their other home goods on sale . Great prices and lots of choices. I shop there every week the service was excellent I love fruits, vegetables and everything in the store Great place Awesome service."
"Look, staff are friendly and helpful and prices are generally what you'd expect from an IGA Express/convenience store - not here to complain about that. At this store, I have constantly been overcharged in that they will scan things multiple times and not rectify it. I had asked once to have an extra $2 item taken off, he added it again (making it 3 items instead of the 1 I was buying) then deleted the one he had added leaving it at 2 again. He pretended that he didn't understand so I just didn't bother, I didn't have the energy but I know for certain we had conversations previously and he understood perfectly fine. Another example is with bags, just don't bother - bring your own. Of course they are 15c not a big deal but its just really frustrating. I was charged for 3 bags when only 2 were given to me plus only 1 actually needed to be used, again I didn't have the energy to dispute. One of the first times I entered the store another person around my age was making the cashier aware that she had been overcharged, of course they never offer receipts but the cashier did offer to rectify it - this person didn't want the refund, rather that the person responsible be held accountable and stop this fraudulent behaviour. If it keeps happening, I will officially escalate the issue, especially since I know I'm not the only one. If the store needed money or there are family issues, I'm sure the community would be more than happy to help (I certainly would) in whatever way they can, but going about it this way is just not right."
"I found my peace with the place after shopping there and getting annoyed one time too many. It‘s a bottle shop (occasionally stocking fresh produce which wilts away, with a generally overpriced but fair range for a convenience store, and mostly polite staff). If you need one more onion or bin bags — OK. If you can avoid shopping there, avoid it. Maybe they‘ll get the message, but it‘s doubtful. It‘s not fair!"
