"My wife got her visa rejected (twice) once through another lawyer. I was reluctant going through Harry, I paid my $$$ and then played the waiting game. I have many anxious moments as application took 21 months to process. Ours was a hard application as we had many complaints lodged against us. Harry assured me multiple times, and at times we had heated debates - many times. However Harry was a thorough professional and answered all my inquiries. The only issue I have (had) was - it was sometimes very difficult to get in contact with him and his receptionist is very unaware as to what is happening. But Harry paperwork was spotless. I would highly recommend his services."

"I wish, I could give these cheater's negative star, that's even millions of negative. I went there Ultimo office, wasted my time and money spent on transportation. I was attended after 25 min of my scheduled appointment time, didn't even get an apology from their consultant. I asked them already 25 min late from scheduled time and that guy said ohh i was busy with phone calls, and that's a free consultation, so doesn't matter, f..... free means waste others time. If you were busy why you allotted me a time for consultation. They have no knowledge about anything, if you wanna ask something feed them $4000 with gst, then they will open their mouth. If you wanna waste your money and time feel free to go there. Secondly, they run there whole business from Melbourne, there is only one guy in Sydney office, who has zero knowledge, doesn't know how to talk, doesn't know how to respect others time. Fully waste consulatant. Don't know who made them a visa agent. If you have any questions find on google, you will get an answer instead of going to their office. Thanks."

"After having such bad experiences in the past with immigration agents of telling me what I wanted to hear to get my money I was very hesitant to move ahead. whilst every another immigration agent in town was pushing for a paid meeting just to discuss which I did with numerous other agents, Dee was only one that said "send me the paperwork across if I can help I will if not i won't waste your money or time" which was refreshing to hear, I'm not going to bad mouth anybody else but the people I paid for advice didn't read my paperwork correctly whilst Dee for free was able to read it correctly and put effort in to unpaid task. The team at Visas simply they reviewed every last detail free of charge before taking a cent off me to ensure they could actually help me rather than just take my money which was such a relief.
