"I find it disheartening they and other shops choose to charge EFTPOS fees for debit cards on purchases..it's instant money to them and the banks tell me it only cost them no more than 4 cents yet I get charged 15-20 cents per transaction. In the height of pandemic we had no choice as shops didn't take cash. Do you realise if they have 150 customers perday at 15 cents per transaction they are pocketing $8212 in a year in fees from there customers . There is no way the banks would charge businesses that much . It's not fair"
"Does not deserve even a star. The owner, male in his late 40's would not serve me. I politely asked for my $50 note to be broken down in smaller notes, and owner said "no, I don't want to do it." then I tried to purchase a lolly and he said "This is my shop, I don't have to serve you." Rude establishment, I've lived here in Frankston since 2005, this is my block, who even are you."
