"Nothing but lovely feedback for this centre. We were very lucky to get a spot at Headstart Early Learning Centre in Bella Vista and I'm so glad we did. The educators are the loveliest and warmest women and I could not have asked for better people to care for my child. They were always very open about how my son's day went (good or bad) and funny moments they had during the day with him. They engage the children in lots of different age-appropriate activities that my almost 2year old loved and he has learnt so much from the different songs and books they read and sing. The centre is clean, fun and bright with a nice variety of food for lunch and snack time. The very thorough communication and photos uploaded via the App is very reassuring too. Fantastic centre and fantastic people who work there!"

"We zeroed down on Headstart after moving to BellaVista for our older one (3 yrs), we had our daughter on her way when we enrolled our son. This is back in 2019. Our son loved it there and we loved the place and the educators and the management. Nothing to complain it was one happy system. We ended up enrolling our daughter in 2020 as well. She was well settled, the educators really took the effort to settle her. She started care when she was 11 months. Post COVID things started changing, the center manager moved/resigned, not sure. The educators who has been with the center for 8+ years started leaving the center. There was a particular month in 2021 when 4 educators left the center. The change in center manager and the faculty started showing up in the care the kids received and the overall operations of the center. The chef left the place and the kitchen was managed by educators and that arrangement went on until we until we discontinued our kids in 2022. My son , informed that the late snack was not being provided at the scheduled time, on questioning, we were informed that they were not sufficiently staffed to provide snack to a larger group of kids and wanted to wait a little later in the day to ensure the number of kids were less. Ridiculous for a daycare center. Most parents raised this as a concern and we eventually got the late snack schedule reverted to the original time. Even the activities and learning for my son (school readiness) at that time changed. They were just let outside to play, pretty much the whole day. He loved it no doubt but there was nothing preparing him for school. My daughters room had its own challenges. Most of the experienced staff had quit and the new staff recruited were just coming off certifications and theoretical knowledge. No prior daycare experience. They did not look at child care as a bonding process but just as a day job. The new educators did not any connect with the children (toddler room). All this boils down to the center manager, who was never courteous and parents could sense the change. We eventually decided to pull both our kids from the center. Imagine doing it with our elder one who just had 6 months to get to school. We just couldn't let him continue there for any longer. I know of at least 6 other families who have been sending their kids from their toddler phase pulling their kids off the center due drastic deterioration of care. We would not recommend Headstart Bella Vista to anyone. I am happy to be contacted and can reference a lot of other families who had similar experience with Headstart Bella Vista since the change of management."

"I could not recommend Headstart enough. My partner and I did A LOT of research and walk throughs before landing with Headstart Bella Vista and it is by far the best in the area. Our 2-year old son loves going to school everyday and absolutely adores every single one of his teachers. We are especially thankful for Monika who worked closely with our son on developing his speech, and Jasmine for her efforts transitioning him into the older room. We never have to worry about his nutrition as the meals are healthy, generously sized and well planned. He is kept stimulated all day with a thorough curriculum and comes home telling us all these stories about what he's done. The facilities are clean and the toys are regularly updated. The management is great, any time I have had an issue with our bill, the app or any other enquiry, Kathleen has been extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. The real key for me is the Christmas parties that are hosted every year where parents are invited. My son had just started at the centre last year when the party was hosted so I went along and it was so nice to see how much he had developed socially thanks to the efforts of all the teachers. It's a shame that the overall score of the centre has been lowered because of the efforts of the individuals leaving comment-less reviews. As a real parent from this centre I can say that I recommend Headstart Bella Vista to absolutely everyone."

"We could not be happier here. When our son first began attending this centre, we were immediately impressed by the staff and how well they work together as a team. Our little boy settled in well and this was very obviously due to the staff's commitment to their roles and the children. We are so incredibly thankful to be able leave our child in the care of a team who we can tell is more than competent, kind and caring. In addition to this, we love seeing the number and variety of the activities he gets to participate in each day. Thank you Headstart Bella Vista."

"Our son loves going to Headstart Bella Vista. The educators love the kids and do so much fun stuff with them. He recently had 1.5 weeks off due to sickness and when he returned to daycare he couldn't stop laughing all day! Having food included is a real bonus and the app they use is so easy."
