Reviews
"Contrary to multiple reviews on here we were underwhelmed by the food. A lack of seasoning and flavour on both our mains, the lettuce side dish managed to steal the show. Poor value for money imo"
"Delicious food, amazing service and great prices. The plates were very good sizes, the quality and freshness was impeccable. And the services was excellent it all made for a great experience! The silken tofu was a top dish but a bit spicy."
"Nice place with nice vibe. The front of house team is friendly. Service is good. Being asian, I am particular with my choices of asian food especially in an elevated environment like this. Overall the food is decent but not quite a “wow” for me. Some innovative dishes like the Kangaroo Tartare served with crispy wonton skin. The tofu they use in the five spice tofu salad is very firm. Not quite to my taste. Noodle and Kung Pao chicken was good. Again, I am being critical here, you can get them just as good if not better and cheaper from Chinatown. We ordered the Jasmine Caramel for dessert and that was really delicious."
"The BEST modern Chinese food I’ve tasted in a long time. Staff were amazing, Dolly our waitress nailed it. Flavours exceptional. Go for the recommended dishes and you can’t go wrong."
"Went for dinner on a Friday with an 830pm booking, checked in and then had to wait 35 min for the table across the street at the pub. Drinks and wine were great, good list of cocktails done well, wine selection was on point. Food wise we got the prawn toast, dumplings, noodles, fried rice, pork, stir fried greens and duck. The food came as ready which was great, the prawn toast was fantastic, the dumplings okay, a little expensive for the payoff. The noodles, rice, greens and pork came next, all good dishes however, The noodles were found slightly lacking. The pork and rice were great. Now the duck, their house special didn't seem that special, we were slightly disappointed with the overall flavour and depth of the duck. Nothing really standing out or delivering that rich duck feeling you usually get when eating roast duck. Overall a good night"
