"When I visited Maxx Music for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. Upon entry, I found a nice clean layout that made good sense in regards to easy browsing. The instruments and other equipment, were of good quality with competitive pricing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I asked about an uncommon item which they did not have in their inventory, they took the time out to research it and provide me with options that were perhaps nicer than what I had originally been after - and within the same price range too! I got the feeling that customer satisfaction was their top priority, as I was made to feel like a valued customer even though I was a first time customer who wasn't necessarily looking to make a purchase that day. However, I wound up buying a musical instrument for my daughter that she absolutely loves, and because of this spontaneous visit, I've found a new music store that I feel confident in dealing with for my own professional needs. I rarely go out of my way to give reviews like this, but in today's economy, it's more important than ever to support our brick and mortar music stores - especially the good ones (online shopping can be challenging since instruments cannot be physically inspected before purchase). "A well presented store with friendly staff. I've been here a few times to pick up odds and ends while working on restoring a few old guitars that have tarnished by not being stored correctly while I wasn't actively playing. Pricing on some items is not competitive, but I do respect that they have to keep staff paid etc. where as I am unlikely to be making a big purchase in this space in the near future I have witnessed them giving customers personalized service, in our current climate that has been getting rare and it is good to see. I would recommend checking them out, and heck it's right in the middle of Rouse Hill Town Centre, so not really out of anyone's way in the northwest, right?"
