"The swimming instructors are really nice and friendly my daughter loved coming to swimming for a change. But the admin staff were absolutely hopeless to deal with. Every time I called no one answered. I’d leave messages that no one would return. I was informed that their trading hours were different from what is on their google listing. It would take forever for someone to call me back. It would take weeks to receive a receipt for payment. When I signed up and paid over the phone it wasn’t clear what the payments were for. My direct debit form was lost twice. As much as my daughter was enjoying her class I decided to pull my daughter out and enroll her in a different school."

"Instructors are vgood and patiently works with kids. My 2 year kid learnt a lot in one term. But there are too many kids in one class. In a 30 minutes class if 6 students and parents are in the pool it's not productive. The pool is so small that without coliding with a parent you cannot move. I was told 4 kids in a session but this increased to 6 and now I am told 8 kids could be there in a class. Very poor communication from the staff..i clearly asked for term end and i was not told about deposits loss"

"They changed my daughter class (upgrade) they didn't have available classes so we waited for 2 weeks. They didn't move the registration end day although it was not my problem for them not to have a class. I can't continue and receive the 6 make up lessons unless I pay for a full term (they claim because of insurance). I agreed to pay the full term to do the 6 weeks make up lessons and I said I can cancel, you take your 2 weeks notice and refund the money! They said no sorry even if you didn't take the lessons NO REFUND is available! The way the girl delivered the info to me was a terrible attitude which makes me does not want to go there again. Classes alright, people are alright just when it comes to money, they are terrible! This is an honest review! I probably did 2 negative reviews in my life, I don't want to hurt anyone business but they need to change. Poor franchisees, I don't want a refund, I don't want money back! Probably won't recommend them to a friend and would not want to continue go there!"

Everyone is very co operative and the teachers are very caring and loving in what they do. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE SUPPORT, LOVE AND LEARNING PROVIDED to my child at Jump."

"Wonderful staff, clean facilities, warm water and a happy atmosphere. What more could you want? The teachers are amazing and all staff members are friendly and will answer any questions you may have. A very family orientated swim school."
