Brought an engagement ring here, and they went out of their way to make sure it was the one I want then as I had to special order due to the size I needed they said it would be 6-8 weeks and it arrived in less then 4 weeks, amazing, would highly recommend, Josh the store manager has exceptional customer service! "Set of two rings. The band keeps splitting. Sent back 4 times to be fixed. What more can I do? It is a fault in the making of the rings and should be replaced not poorly repaired. Returned to be repaired and been in shop more then on my hand. Think twice before buying here again."

"Unfortunately, I had a terrible customer experience at MH Erina Fair. I went to pick up a ring my husband brought for me and the lady ignored me for 5 minutes. I stood at the counter waiting. She didn’t even say “sorry, be right with you” or “hello, sorry won’t be a minute” When she finally came over to me, she said “Yes?” No, “hello” or anything. I said, I was there to pick up a ring. She gave me the ring and before I even tried it on, she was saying “does it fit?” Whilst she was sighing heavily like I was keeping her from something. I had a great experience a few weeks prior when I picked out the ring and now I just feel deflated and wish I had of spend my money elsewhere. Every time I look at my ring I will remember how unimportant I felt."
"Poor quality products. Bought my husband wedding band there 3 months ago, and after 2 days he wore it, the gold wedding band (brush finish) had scratches all over it. Took it back for refund/store credit but they didn’t give me any solution even though it’s still under warranty. Terrible service. Waste of money"
