"I would like to préfixe this by saying that I have worked in customer service and retail for a total of 4 years, being an ASM and training manager and in my experience I have never had such an unprofessional experience than when I interacted with a girl that worked here on the 29/07 around 5- 5:30. She can be identified by her long brunette hair, a bright orange spray tan and the fact that she was dressed completely inappropriately for work. She should most definitely not be hired by your company. Disregarding the fact that what she was wearing was completely revealing and could be inevitably worn as lingerie (a white very short lacy slip on dress with lots of cleavage on display; it was extremely distasteful and it puts an awful image onto what your company stands for) There was also a cohesive theme of her not only having zero urgency with her customers but replying with one word answers and not giving any follow up feedback to their double ended questions. Personally, I asked her about the deal available with some of the earrings and she told me to look for myself. There were lots of uncomfortable glares given my way and lots of rolling eyes and one word answers as I asked more follow up questions about the items. As I was waiting in line to pay ( I was the only person in line), she removed herself from the cash register area and went around the store to simply walk around whilst I was waiting and looking at her as she was doing that. After the extended wait period she packaged my items and said “email” whilst not even looking in my face. After I replied with “no thank you” she aggressively handed me my items and walked away rapidly. I’m not sure if this is the standard of customer service that you promote in your store but if it is, then it is disgraceful. I strongly encourage you to question the employment of the described girl. If you need any assistance in further identifying her, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I have already sent an email to your store."

"Terrible shopping experience. I was in the store for approximately 20 mins. At no point I was approached to see if I needed any assistance. When I selected a necklace the two ladies behind the counter continued talking amongst themselves not even acknowledging me at all. The conversation didn't seem that important. Also the value for money for the jewellery is not what it used to be. They items are overpriced for what they are. I wouldn't recommend this shop at all."

"Google said this shop in Burwood is open at 9am. It is now 9:19am and NO ONE IS THERE. How professional is this place to not be there or even leave a sign advising of when you'll be open. Very poor customer experience for girls needing an urgent purchase for an event on the same day and trying to time around hair appointments."

"TERRIBLE earring piercing skills and service attitude. I brought my daughter to do earring piercing half year ago, then right side hold was crooked and kept infection. After recovery, I brought her back to redo the right side last week. When I trying to explain this situation with the store manager, and ask her if I can just purchase one side earring or get discount if I have to buy a pair. She was not friendly and says ‘ I can’t help you, you have to pay full amount and no discount, if unhappy just go complain.’ And then she asked me to think about it then walk away. If you don’t want to get embarrassed and don’t want your little girl feels painful twice, DO NOT DO earring piercing in this store."
