"Rude pathetic worker, the woman who was speaking to me did not want to do an exchange for a ring that I had not worn, when Pandora always does exchanges regardless of a receipt or not, the arrogant worker did not even bother to trace the record of the purchase and claimed the Crystal was foggy and that the box was old. What a pathetic selfish woman to work there and use such excuses to not do an exchange. I haven’t even worn the ring that’s one, and secondly I bought a spare box from home and I was told it was the old Pandora box, are you serious ?? I’m not exchanging the box I’m exchanging the ring!! Whoever was at the register around 12:15pm on 6.4.23, they should be re evaluated with their poor customer service and pathetic opinions. I will be contacting Head office as well."
"They are very rude for the 3rd time I bought a ring and the ring was a bit band I went to the store in Bankstown she was really rude I had warranty on the ring and she wouldn't help, they are so nice to you when they want you to buy something but when it comes to fixing something they are so rude, I would rather buy from proud and any other shop but them"
"Please don't buy any rings from pandora. I got a ring & after 5 months it turned black! They said I shouldn't wash my hand while wearing it, because soap & water are harsh chemicals that damages their silver!!!!! The lady was so decided that I damaged it by washing my hands while wearing it! Kept explaining that if I'm out &wash my hand it shouldn't damage the ring! She refused to help. Also reported it to head office so they wouldn't help too!!!"
