"Some of the staff here are absolutely amazing which is why it upsets to me write such a negative review. I visited the Bankstown store last week and a new staff member I’ve never seen before was speaking horribly to other staff and belittling and bullying them on the shop floor. She was very dismissive of myself and other customers that entered the store which was not a good look for her either. 5/5 for both Pila and Annika the store managers who are always absolutely wonderful to be served by and really know their products!"

"Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism. I received a text message letting me know that my item was ready to pick it up yesterday 9:00am in the Bankstown branch. I asked for permission at work to pick it up and unfortunately my item was not ready. The store can not give a date to pick it up. If I selected the option to pick it up is because I needed my item asap. In my experience, I would not recommend you guys due to a your lack of professionalism."

"Unfortunately disappointed with my experience here over the weekend. Following some christmas shopping, I decided to stop by to have a look at white gold wedding bands. Upon entering the store, I received a lack lustre greeting from the two sales assistants. After stating what I was looking for, they both stood looking at eachother for a while, as though waiting for the other to serve me. Finally, one lady led me to where the wedders were. Her sales pitch went as follows "I only have two white gold ones and they're thicker than you need. I could order the yellow gold one in white gold but it's too late to order now". I found this quite affronting as I had not even mentioned when the wedding was for. Her dismissive attitude meant that she didn't find out that my wedding was not scheduled until at least September 2021 - plenty of time for an 8 week special order. I would even have been prepared to wait months. I used to work at Zamels in Queensland throughout university, which I enjoyed. However, I felt none of the customer service experience that I once associated with this company. In fact, there was no customer service at all. No rapport building questions, the assistant didn't even take the time to ask when the big day was, or have a look at the engagement ring I would need to pair the wedder with. Not even an offer for me to try on the yellow gold rings with the view to order in white gold. The ring display was not even removed from the cabinet. There were so many ways I could have been kept in store e.g. getting to know my ring size, giving my engagement ring a quick clean, asking basic questions about the day. We know that jewellery purchasing is an emotional experience, but there were no efforts to even build the slightest bit of rapport. For a company who has had to close down many stores in recent years (at least in QLD), it's a shame that their staff don't feel the motivation to sell and deliver the bare minimum of a customer service experience. I was really looking forward to purchasing wedding rings from a company I once had the pleasure of working within."
