"Outsanding customer service. Purchased a couple of wooden toilet seats. Super fast shipping and delivery. Items were packaged securely, original packaging factory sealed and no visible signs of any damage. One of the seats was very badly damaged and was clearly a manufacturing fault that got through QC. Sent an email to Plumbing Sales on Sunday afternoon with a photo of the damage, and they responded on Monday advising that they had shipped a replacement which arrived on Tuesday. Also, there was no need for the hassle of returning the damaged item, so I disposed of it. Amazing service on all counts. Highly recommended."

When asked, I was told this was available as a separate order, with a minimum purchase of 20 and I would have to pay shipping again. I was told I might be able to get it from Bunnings, but was not given enough information to determine which was correct. I've ended up throwing the part - cheers."
