"First time and last time, was told I needed socks (I didn’t have any and I said that) why I need socks if I’m not playing only my son, I then went and waited to hear from my friend who was already inside and was given dirty looks by the staff. Then another staff member served me, only paid for an hour, was also told can’t take my pram inside, and then the lady made sure to come to me specifically to tell me that my time was up but no one else? The staff are rude and can’t wear shoes but the lady who comes and does the train wore shoes? Wouldn’t recommend this particular one."
"This place is fantastic. A little paradise for kids. Large enough that parents can go and enjoy the fun too. Ball pits, dress ups, a train ride, loads of toys, and ride on toys. My son absolutely loves it here. A little Cafe for snacks and coffee and a free coffee on entry. They also do birthday parties. It's a great idea. We need more of these. Perfect for rainy days when kids can't go to outside parks but perfect for any day really. 10/10. Highly recommend."
