"Had my son’s birthday at flip out. We couldn’t fault them. Apart from the jumping castles being a hit with the kids. The party processing from booking to on the day is so effortless and the staff on the day checking in on us multiple times. Definitely a hit and would go back again !"

"Booking process was smooth, I changed the date at one stage and it was not a problem. On the day of party, our order of chicken nuggets was not picked up by the staff. By the time the omission was realised, there wasn't enough time to cook them. The lady at the counter offered immediate refund and super doopers for the children (which was a huge hit) to apologise for the mistake. The quick action and rectification followed were excellent customer service and very much appreciated. In addition to chicken nuggets, I also ordered pizzas. There were 2 bags of chips and 2 jugs of water as part of the package, which in my opinion was slightly short for 14 kids. I saw other parents brought their own snacks, sweets, drinks, etc which I should've done. But we managed to get some extra snacks and juice before the kids came back to the table. It was my first time hosting a party at the venue. Facility wise, I stayed at the party table which was clean and nice. I didn't go inside but all kids had a ball. All in all, Inflatable World Miranda is a great place for birthday parties."
