"I don't even want to give them 1 star bcs they are not even bother to serve me & my daughter. 3 staffs was there in the store on Sunday 6/8. All 3 was with the customer. And we were standing in the store for a while (at least 5mins) and none of them even bothered to say "hello, we will be with u very soon". They kept walking pass us but pretend like we weren't there. What the hell of this kind of services?"

"My wife recently went into the store, and was told by staff she will be attended to after serving the customers already in the store. After 15 minutes, two other customers came in, and were attended to, and I was told I would be dealt with eventually. Even when I mentioned I had been waiting longer than than the two customers who came after I was then told to be patient, no apology. Staff really need to improve their customer service. If I could give zero points with this review, I would."
"Walked in from a hot day outside to be greeted by the most wonderfully helpful staff. I managed to asked them for help regarding finding a bracelet for my girlfriend. With Pandora and womens jewellery not being my forte... Though i was very grateful to the staff member that helped me. Even though i felt like a bull in china shop. Thank you for helping me select a gift. Even tho jewelry is usually expensive. Im giving Pandora Liverpool 5star for service from that lady staff member that helped"
