"I went to one the other night and I was looking at cz $20-$50 rings, just to see the style that would match with my ring to see what I wanted etc, the lady was very reluctant to help, but she grabbed the ones I was looking at through the glass and I was umming and aahing and she’s like it’s not an I don’t know, it’s a yes or no, you have to love it (and it wasn’t a nice tone) so then I was like okay it’s a no, then she showed me another ring and I was already uncomfortable at that point and I was in shock so I said idk either to that ring and she was like it’s a yes or no, you’re going loveto be with this ring for the rest of your life. I don’t know why you’re looking at cz anyway, it’s not going to match with your ring, you’re wasting your time looking at these rings. Then she sent us to go look at the other rings and helped someone else instead. Then went confronted about it, her reply was ‘that was not my intention, sorry she took offence to it’. Not even an apology. This was from the manager at that store too"

"Was there on Saturday, 4th Feb 23. The older lady working there in the morning was rude. Wanted to know the difference between two types of metal - a simple question turned into her making it out that I was dumb by passive aggressively sighing then saying - “they’re different metal.” Well yea, clearly. I’m a business owner, let me teach you something: you’re a customer service representative, your job is to also provide education on the products you’re selling. People ask questions cause they’re either curious or are wanting to know more from a ‘professional’ who clearly wasn’t professional and just angry. The younger ladies at lovisa educated me more between the two metals and were super friendly and happy to do so.. Don’t like your job, quit. You’re the face of the store when people walk in. Give it to someone else who is willing to have a genuine conversation without being grumpy - it’s your job honey and you’re lucky the store sells for itself. Also, saying ‘thank you, have a great day’ or even having a positive customer focused attitude goes a long way too, it’s called customer service etiquette."
