"Seats are available at the side of the truck but somehow not as comfortable as thought. Nevertheless, this is one of the best pies ever eaten. The blend of mushy peas and the sauce is just great"
"Came around 1:30 on Friday afternoon and it was relatively busy, about a 5 min wait to order. Tried the infamous tiger pie deal which is a beef mince pie topped with mashed potatoes, mashed peas and gravy along with fries and a Pepsi ($16.90 for the deal, $10.20 for the tiger pie alone). The pie was messy, delicious, and filling… exactly how it should be. One thing that could be a bit better is the crust of the pie, could use a little more crisp. The service was not that great… the workers did not have good attitudes and looked like they were just running through the motions… doesn’t take much to smile and say hello. I highly recommend checking this classic spot out while in Sydney."
"Tiger pie: really nice, served nice and hot Chilli dog: pretty good. Be aware, the chilli is a bit spicy (usually not at other places) Chips: soooo good, seasoned with chicken salt. The crunch is just right Apple bites: the inside reminds me of Maccas apple pie, yum"
"Ordered the signature Tiger pie with peas, potatoes mash and gravy. It looks weird to me but believes me, the taste is fantastic. Get a coffee thickshake, which I think is well balanced with the taste of coffee and milk, not too sweet. The seats around the restaurant are uncomfortable, so better eat it somewhere else."
"Best pies ever! Tiger Pie was unique & delicious & so are the rest of the pies we ordered. Beautiful location in Woolloomooloo & great service from the French guy who worked there! Definitely worth checking it out if you are in the area."
