"Avoid at all cost. was charged full retail price for a piece I did not want and had called the shop to cancel the order when I was told that they will stop it and wait to talk to me. later owner said the shop assistant had no authority to do this and I need to pay the full price for the piece. Guess it would have been fair to charge me with material and Labour costs also I was assured the order had been stopped. But knowing the markup jewelry has insisting on the full price was just not very customer friendly at all."
