"Don’t purchase a bracelet from this company. There are only two links to size it. I’m a size 10 and have an average sized wrist. One setting is too tight meaning the chain will break if I wear it and the other is too loose for me. They have refused to resize it and recommended I go to another jeweller. Happily. Will never purchase through this company again."

"My partner and I bought soldered bracelets about 5 and a half months ago and had issues a week after getting them with the letters ‘g’ in particular partly falling out of loop. 2 months ago my partners broke and I’ve only just noticed that mine broke and is gone. We paid $480 each bracelet and now we have nothing. The idea of a soldered bracelet is sweet but logistically it just doesn’t work because it is bound to break and you’re bound to lose it and the money attached. And the letters are not designed well enough to not fall out of the bracelet."
