"Made our night! Open later than most places around, this restaurant came as a wonderful surprise to fill our hungry stomachs. It was delicious, the place is lovely, the portions are generous and the meals reasonably priced. Just a great Thai restaurant, 100% recommend!"

"Highly recommend the tom yum soup, which was spicy and fragrant as it should be. The pad kee mao was also well done. The gui chai was a bit plain, though that's just personal preference. The soft shell crab was rather disappointing as there wasn't a lot of crab, mostly what I think is egg mixed in the yellow curry sauce."

"We dined at Red Petite the other night as we didn’t have a reservation for where we originally planned to eat and settled on this as it was getting late and we were quite hungry. There aren’t many tables in this teeny establishment so we commenced outside which was actually fine despite the freezing weather as there were heaters. Food was incredibly slow to come out (45 minutes plus which was bizarre given all the other guests already had their orders) but the servings were generous, the price points very reasonable and the food pretty tasty. Definitely decent Thai if you are a local and don’t mind waiting"

"One of our favourite Thai restaurants in Melbourne. We’ve been here more than ten times for dinner and it’s been consistently excellent. We normally share a range of dishes amongst friends which allows for a variety of flavours each meal, and they’re never excessively sweet as in many other Thai restaurants here. Kim and her team are always friendly and super accommodating, so it’s easy to feel welcomed here."
