"Driving early in the morning and my car broke down, I turned to the nearest parking spot which was here as my car was smoking , I sat inside my car and called for a friend to come help me sort out my car , tried multiple times to start it and move but it would heat up in smoke. As a friend came and I locked up my car to go get things I needed for my car with full intentions to come back to get it , a worker came out and said I couldn't leave my car there and to move it, I explained that it had broken down and he still repeatedly told me to move it elsewhere and I could have parked anywhere else as it was their businesses parking making an already stressful situation more stressful, (I turned into any parking I could see without thinking, couldn't exactly move a broken down car even if I were to) , which is understandable but honestly a lil kindness and understanding goes a long way and although I do appreciate that after explaining that I wasn't gonna leave my car there all day the guy let me leave it there , it is disheartening that something as small and stressful as someone needing help and parking their broken down car for no less then 2 hours is a issue for a business that barely had customers there at 7:30 in the morning making no parking space an issue . This may. Not be a review of your business but the way you treat others and handle situations is a reflection of your workers and customer service ."
