"I have been in the store looking for a ring for my 70th birthday. As with other times there are 2 young woman and a young man in a white shirt working there. Nearly every time there are either two or three men in track pants hanging around the girls distracting the staff laughing and no one is serving the clients. One of the men in track pants has his own seat. Last time it was late in the day two of the guys who are obviously not staff members were behind the counter . Obviously very unprofessional and a security risk. It is a jewellry store. I wont even bother looking in the store again"

"Poor customer service. I went there just now to buy a gift for my wife and there were three staffs busy talking each other. (2:15pm today if owner wanted to check CCTV). No one attended me and so I had a walk around and came out of the shop. Go to Parramatta shop if you wanted to buy something as they are very much welcoming, unlike these guys."
"No one is answering their phone service Have left messages on their call back system for over three weeks and now the message bank is full and won't allow any further messages to be left. The company advised that my layby made prior to lockdown may be lost if we don't get in contact ASAP, however we are trying to and there is no one returning calls or answering them."
"Went in there today they had 2staff on the shop was busy i waited for so long and non of them asked me if I needed help. Then 20mins later one staff member came up to me to help me out got me the watch i wanted to try on left me and went away. I waited another 10minutes a 3rd staff member came out of the back room looked at me and said it wont be long and walked out of the store. That was it for me i walked out and went down stairs to a great store and got my watch. your loss its a new store that you guys opened if you keep your service like today you wont last long ."
