"Today is 6th of June 2023 at 3 pm walked in excited to pick up My watch which was left to replace battery and my engagement ring which been resized to face unwelcoming customer service particular the old lady with dark short hair. I was just handed the jewellery in plastic bag without any boxes that they originally had. The lady handed me the Jewellery and said thank you and walked off. I stood there confused and proceeded to remove the jewellery out of plastic bags to try on and make sure they were resized properly . Just horrible service. Also very disappointed that the watch came back uncleaned from battery replacement service."

"Older woman with dark hair and glasses was extremely unwelcoming towards me, not a single kind greeting, acted annoyed that I was even speaking to her. Once another couple walked in palmed me off to another worker and was all of a sudden extremely kind, energetic and happy towards them. Horrible experience made me so upset and uncomfortable :("
"Jamal was absoulety beautiful! Incredibly encouraging and helpful. Super excited to help us find wedding bands we were happy with. She was enthusiastic and honest about styles.
