"My daughter was terrified after her first day here. I thought this would just be nerves but I soon realised after spending time at the centre she was left alone most of the time. Moreover, most of the kids in her class ranged from different ages including babies this was a concern given she was 2. There was no real attempt to help her to adjust or help myself as a parent ease my nerves with leaving her. Her personal items were scattered everywhere at pick up time, it was just unorganised. As a parent you want to be comfortable with leaving your child in the care of others but there was real no attempt to help with the transition, so we pulled her out. I’m not oblivious to the fact that the childcare sector is suffering with the child to educator ratio but helping to ease parent and child nerves should be without question. My daughter is now thriving really well an entirely different child care centre and it would be full credit to the staff there. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"I don’t want to tell you how good it is risking the centre being overflowing with enrolments! Kinda-Mindi genuinely cares about the development of your children and are not only a ‘child minding service’ like many others out there. They have planned activities to keep them learning all day and often ask parents for input on areas to focus on. This is coming from a mum of a high-needs child, they’ve really tried everything possible to ease him into the transition, and I really appreciate the kind and understanding staff who always go above and beyond for the kids, plus theres always extra staff around to help out. There is plenty of room for the kids to bounce around and the toys are rotated and cleaned regularly which is just one of the great things about the centre."

"Very friendly staff and easy to talk to. Always trying their best to accommodate my child's needs. The centre itself is consistently clean, tidy and well decorated. The daycare always takes feedback to make their programs better for the kids and their wellbeing."

"The center was clean, bright, and inviting, with plenty of space for children to play, learn, and grow. The staff at the center were friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing the best possible care for the children in their care. They took the time to get to know each child individually, and I could see that they were genuinely invested in their well-being. One thing that really stood out to me was the variety of activities that were available for the children. From art and music to outdoor play and story time, there was always something fun and engaging for the children to do. And the staff did a great job of tailoring the activities to the age and interests of each child. Overall, I would highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing environment for their child. The staff are truly exceptional, and the facilities and activities are top-notch. I feel confident that any child who attends this center will receive the care and attention they need to thrive."

I have never felt so supported by an organisation not only by ny fellow educators and director but also by higher management who know me and the children in the centre personally. I am praised for my achievement and feel personally appreciated. Since starting at the centre I have seen it go from one strength to another with all educators and management wanting the centre to continually improve. I feel very lucky to work at Kinda Mindi."
