Reviews of Pirrama Park
"Absolutely gorgoeus, especially on a clear winter day, on sunset, as everything turns orangy gold. Do come prepared for chilly winds but nothing too unbearable. Pretty wide area but we just loved the whole sea side area. Also very little crowd, which depends on your preference could be a bad thing or a good thing. Has a children playground area."
"I have been here first time and I fell in love with this place. Stunning views, waterfront scenery and beautiful places around. Wine and food festival was on despite of rainy weather."
"Popular spot enjoyed by all. Great for kids. Plenty to interest everyone. Food and coffee nearby. Excellent playground. Captivating harbour activity passing by"
"Nice little park at the end of Pyrmont to get a good (partial) view of the water and the Anzac/Harbor Bridges. Seemed very peaceful, with lots of people walking, lazing around on the grass, and socializing. The eastern section of the park didn’t seem to be as well maintained and looked a little worn down, but the western part was much more inviting. It’s a short walk from Darling Harbor and/or the Maritime Museum, and worth the hike if you have some free time. There’s lots of little cafes/restaurants nearby, so maybe pick up a coffee or a gelato and come here to relax. The park itself is easy to access by foot or via public transportation. It’s walkable from Darling Harbor, or you can take the tram to John St Square and then walk a couple of blocks to the water. Probably not worth traveling here just to see the park, but worth visiting if you’re nearby and want to rest your feet."
"Peaceful and quiet on weekdays. Great view of the harbour from here. The restroom is airy and clean. No picnic tables, bring your own mat if you're planning a picnic."
