"Avoid dealing with this company Darren I think it’s the owner never spend enough time to look at the problem, he just tell you you need to replace this part this and that part. Wick and easy for him don’t need to spent much time stuck at one job. He just think about how much he could make out of your call out fees the more job he jumps to the more call out fees he gets. Never spent enough time to actually look what is the real problem and what causing it. Call out fees, replacement part plus labour makes bit money for him. The deep fry still works without changing the parts only a a small issue he just tell you to change the whole part which cost $1000 plus. Off course he would tell you to change the whole part it’s quick and easy for him quick job, fast payment, I get someone else in and said don’t need to change at all just need to do adjustment while using it and it works fine cost me nothing at the end. Avoid this company at all cost trust me I’ve been in hospitality to know who is out for your money or really want to help you out. Avoid avoid avoid. And after all this that’s if you can get hold of him maybe too busy ripping others off"

As it was absolutely critical, the service technician arrived super fast. The technician was able to identify the issue and had it fixed within 2 hours.
