"Great place for walkers, runners, dog-people and their canine friends, cyclists, kids and family gatherings. A real social hub by the river bridge on weekends and Bank Holidays, when a great little coffee cart caters for your daily caffeine fix and mich more. And kayaks available to hire on Sydney's gentlest river at really good rates with Cooks River Kayaks. If only the Council would sort out running water to the new toilet block...."
"Good sized park with a couple of football fields, as well as general open space and a playground. Amenities building currently undergoing improvement, but temporary toilet facilities are available, and the canteen is operational while games are on (though it has a limited range). The area in front of the amenities building seems poorly drained and is frequently muddy, even without recent rain. There is a decent amount of dedicated parking, but it fills up while games are on, so you may need to park in nearby streets."
"Pleasing and clean park, it has walkpaths wide enough for pedestrians and bikers (bells are always required). There are some off leash dog areas. It contains a playground, skatepark and table tennis tables."
