"My friend and I did Assassin in the Pub the other night and had a great time. Definitely a challenging room but a lot of fun and we were lucky enough to have some extra time available to us so we could finish which was really satisfying haha. Our game master for the night was Rowan and they were amazing! Super friendly and really made sure we had a good night. Would definitely go back to try their other rooms!"
"We had our daughter's 10th birthday party here. The date was unfortunately double booked initially. Upon realising this, one of the managers, Olga, contacted me immediately and offered a number of generous solutions to solve the issue. On the day of the party, everything went smoothly. It was the kids' first time participating in escape rooms, the staff did a wonderful job briefing them before the games and all kids enjoyed the rooms (Alice and 2 x Wizard) tremendously. We also booked the private nook for after game celebration. This private area on level 7 is roomy and clean (I did the decorations myself but the staff can help out if needed). One of the staff members Gigi also organised a bluetooth speaker for us, which is very thoughtful. Overall I was very impressed with the level of customer service from Sydney Escape Hunt. Thank you again for a fabulous and memorable party. I'll book the next one for the mums!"
