"Our first time getting our cavoodle groomed at Ange Pet Salon. Staff members were friendly and we were initially happy with the groom. However, he started to lick and bite his behind area after a day and we had to take him to the vet. The vet said he looks to have gotten a clipper rash which got infected underside of his tale. An injection plus a cream to put on for the next 7 days days cost $350. So ended up with a groom that ultimately cost us almost $450. Unsure if we just got unlucky or if this is a regular occurrence but we won’t be returning after this experience. This review is not intended to insult the groomer but some constructive feedback for caution in the future as do not wish for any one’s furbaby to be injured."

"Amazing experience for the past year, we take our Chow Chow Theo here to have a wash and groom every 6-8 weeks and are over the moon each time. After the 1st appointment in March 2022 the staff have remembered Theo each time after and do an immaculate job with the wash and hand scissoring him to perfection. Staff are friendly with great communication as to when Theo will be ready and when he is ready and if there are any delays they will sms you promptly. Highly recommend to pay a little more for the teeth clean they do an amazing job for something that is often overlooked and not to mention Theo is left smelling beautiful for days to follow!"

"Expensive Job Incomplete. I won’t be taking my dog back to these guys as sadly they don’t genuinely care. When I took my dog there over a week ago my Border Collie was matted as she’s a farm dog. Even though she weighed exactly 20 kgs they said they gave me a “discount” and charged me for a groom for 16-20kg dogs which is actually correct. Two add ons (dematting and deshedding) later, her hair was still uneven and her tail and lower 1/3 of her back was a mess. Her hair was still matted and the back was a different length to the front 2/3 of her body. They charged me extra again to even it out and to this day, my dog’s looks like she hasn’t had a groom. The point of running a business is listening to your customers. Surprised that they charged for three add on’s and none of it covered a basic tidy up which was what I asked them to do in the first place."

"I have been taking my little baby to Ange since she was 2months old and they took really good care of her. She's always so excited to enter the salon and always looks so happy every after session. My husband wouldn't let me take her to other salons. We did try other shops 2 times when we can't book with Ange but he insists that we have to redo it with Ange right away, so since then I just have to wait in line to get my appointments. The team is amazing and they show love to all the puppies in the salon. Bonus: Puppies always smell AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the best best best scent ever!"
