"Staff are great but facility is a bit rubbish . 2 out of the 4 elevator are broken. Not likely to fixed and time soon . Would avoid for next month or so ."

"Horrible service & terrible communication with concierge, nothing was explained in full . if you want your visitors car to get towed away illegally after parking for less than 4 hours on a visitor bay go ahead and book with them ! Apart from the broken communication , the place is highly overpriced - so pretty much i paid for dirty floors , dusty room and fluff in every single corner . Since hygiene was missing I had to mop the floors and wipe the dust myself , when i asked for a vacuum cleaner to do so the concierge came back with none and said can't provide the service so i borrowed a vacuum from a friend ! Overall , terrible experience and will not recommend this place to anyone . they deserve 0 star for what they've provided"

"Honestly you have to be so careful with your money especially they don’t except cash just credit card I’ve been paying the rent and I noticed that I’ve been paying extra for two months and I wasn’t informed about the mistake it was such a disappointing literally I was so upset because I’ve been to many hotels in my life but none have tried to just quietly not mention my mistake which is paying extra once I knew the mistake I quickly contact the receptionist and they informed me that it is true but it’s quite upsetting it was already been two months since this mistake. Another thing is that there’s so many noises like the way how they bang the door close and open the door it’s very annoying. Also the cleanest is very bad like I said I’ve been mini hotels but Australia hotels are very dirty the housekeeping it’s not always available you have to book it which is very odd because from where I come from you literally have housekeeping every day you don’t need to request."

"Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very nice stay. The place was clean, tidy, and reasonably well maintained. Good location. Close to good restaurants,cafes and public transportation! Highly recommend"

"We stayed in a two bedroom apartment at Sky One Boxhill. Best value, views, location and rooms for parents and two teenagers! Wonderful Balcony with perfect view suburb and landscape. The frequency of the trams across the road is every 10 min which makes easy to go into city. Only a few steps away from all the restaurants and shopping centre on the next corner. Raj and staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay pleasant ! I highly recommend this place and will be coming back when we are in the town.Thank you for your service!"
