"Great Mechanics, Poor Customer Service I recently had my car serviced at this auto shop to remove some scratches, and I must say, the mechanic work performed was exceptional. They did a fantastic job restoring the appearance of my car, and I am genuinely happy with the outcome. However, I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. When they called me on Tuesday mid morning, they expected me to collect the car on the same day or at the latest, by Wednesday. The issue I had was with their counting of business days. I was told I'd have 2 business days to collect my car once the work is done. They considered Tuesday as one business day, leaving me with only one more day to arrange the pickup. Considering I was already at work, I tried negotiating an extra day to collect my car, but unfortunately, they declined my request. What frustrated me further was their mention of towing the car at my expense if I failed to collect it within the stipulated time frame. While I understand the importance of timely collection, I believe it would have been fairer if they had allowed a full two business days or at least shown more flexibility in accommodating customers' schedules. In the end I had to cancel 4 appointments with my patients and drive back from Central Coast to collect the car. This aspect of their customer service left me feeling a bit dissatisfied."
