"Had some work completed in March this year. The initial works took a little longer than expected but parts have to be ordered in, that's understandable. However, the over door (which they had taken off to repair the glass) has now come loose. This is simply a labour issue from the initial install. But that isn't covered, because their labour warranty is only 30 days. I am disappointed in the fact that an issue that has surfaced from their install is not covered, and I'll be charged again to have them fix it. Make sure you understand what kind of service you are getting before moving forward."
"I had a problem with my dryer which was under warranty .All General white goods was fantastic every step of the way. I spoke to Ebony and Christina during this process and they were very helpful and understanding. What I liked was it by was good old fashioned service that we barely see anymore . Within 24 hours of talking to them we had a technician come out and fixed our dryer . I personally wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to anyone that has a problem with their appliance . "The scheduled time of service as per message from the office was 11:20-2:00 pm. The Technician arrived at ~3:45 pm. I rang the office at 1:45 pm to ask what was happening. Only then was I informed that the Technician was running late and will be at my place between 3-3:30 pm. The job only entailed ~15 minutes for an entire day of waiting. Had they informed us earlier that he was running very late, my husband would not have waited the entire day. I had to come home early, around 3:25 pm to take over to wait. Proper communication from the office would have helped. I understand that the Technician has a lot of service calls to make and unexpected things happen. Anyway, our stove has been repaired- Thank you."
