"The staff desperately requires far more professional training in your establishment! The customer service provided was utterly horrifying, characterized by a rushed approach towards patrons. A few weeks ago, when I had completed payment and requested a receipt, the staff member attending to me callously retorted that I ought to have sought the receipt prior to finalizing my payment. The logic behind needing to ask beforehand escapes me entirely! Is it not customary for receipts to be generated automatically subsequent to payment? I thought something would change after a few weeks, but I am utterly wrong! Today, adding to my vexation, I encountered a further ordeal when scanning my membership code during checkout. To my astonishment, the very same staff member unleashed a barrage of high-pitched words, demanding to know what transgression I had committed. In response, I calmly explained that I had merely scanned my membership code. Her retort was nothing short of astounding: she accused me of irreparably damaging the process and insisted on redoing it herself. The agony of such abominable service is truly unbearable! I am compelled to propose that the owner reassign her to a backstage role, barring her from any customer interaction during the checkout process."
